Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Full‑time BE/B.Tech with aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering for R001 & R002; Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) for R003 & R004; Electronics & Tele‑communication Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering for R005 & R006 from a recognised university.
- Experience: For 4‑year tenure posts (R001, R003, R005) 0–2 years relevant experience preferred in Manufacturing, Production, Production Control, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Furnishing & Testing; for 1‑year tenure posts (R002, R004, R006) fresh engineering graduates with no experience can apply.
- Age Limit: Upper age 29 years for Junior Executive posts as on 07.04.2026 (relaxation 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC‑NCL and additional 10 years for PwD over and above category relaxation, applicable to candidates with at least 40% disability).
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Salary
- Consolidated Pay (4‑year tenure positions): 1st year – Rs. 35,000 per month; 2nd year – Rs. 37,500 per month; 3rd year – Rs. 40,000 per month; 4th year – Rs. 43,000 per month.
- Consolidated Pay (1‑year tenure positions): Rs. 35,000 per month for the contract period of one year.
- The four‑year fixed‑term engagement is renewable annually based on performance, conduct and business requirements and automatically terminates after completion of the contractual period.
Application Fee
- General, EWS and OBC candidates must pay a non‑refundable application fee of Rs. 500 online.
- SC, ST and PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

- Visit BEML careers page: Go to www.bemlindia.in, open “Careers”, then click on “RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR EXECUTIVES ON FIXED TERM (CONTRACT) BASIS – Advt. No. KP/S/03/2026”.
- Register and fill online application: Enter valid email ID and mobile number, complete personal, educational and experience details, and select appropriate Job Position (R001–R006); candidates can apply for only one job position.
