Salary & Pay Scale
- Professor: ₹1,23,100/- basic (Level 13) + allowances
- Associate Professor: ₹78,800/- basic (Level 12) + allowances
- Assistant Professor: ₹67,700/- basic (Level 11) + allowances
- Senior Resident: ₹67,700/- basic (Level 11) + allowances
- Tutor/Demonstrator: ₹56,100/- basic (Level 10) + allowances
- Allowances: As per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum dated 08.12.2022
- Note: Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) NOT applicable
Contractual Terms & Benefits
- Initial Tenure: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years maximum)
- Maximum Age Limit: Tenure ends on attaining 70 years (teaching faculty) or as per institutional requirement
- NOT Eligible For: Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, or Promotion
